The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm is looking for an enthusiastic bartender who is creative, knowledgeable and engaging. Are you motivated and energetic? This is an opportunity to put your personal and creative touch on classic and innovative cocktails utilizing seasonal ingredients. Must be able to interact with guests while serving wine pairings and exceeding guests expectations. Must be able to multitask and work well with your peers.
Preparing cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, interacting with guests.
Plan and present bar menu
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Excellent knowledge of mixing and seeing drinks.

We are looking for a cook who will embrace working on our on-farm restaurant, working side by side with award winning and talented chef Tarver King - using ingredients we source from our farm and locally. Must have a great palate and some experience developing dishes. As our menus change daily, the ideal candidate must be willing to be creative and to adapt to new dishes every day.
Experience is helpful. We are will willing to train the right candidate. We require a one-day stage to try out.
Must have excellent communications skills.
Must be efficient in problem solving.
Must be creative and able and willing to multitask.
Must have high safety and hygiene practices.
Must be willing to embrace the farm concept.
Patowmack Farm is an organic farm. The on-farm restaurant specializes in progressive local cuisine. We grow our own produce, forage our acres of land for wild food and support local produces.
